SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on the LumiBloom website will be processed for shipping within 2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS Monday through Saturday. Regardless of the shipping option selected, guaranteed Saturday delivery is not available at this time.

  • Example 1: Next day air order is placed on Thursday, it is shipped on Friday. It will be delivered to the customer on Monday because Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
  • Example 2: Next day air order placed on Monday, ships on Tuesday and will be delivered to the customer on Wednesday.
  • Example 3: Two-day air order placed on Monday, ships on Tuesday or Wednesday and will be delivered to the customer on Thursday or Friday.

* UPS Ground orders are usually delivered within 4-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

LumiBloom offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products other than hair. To return any product, other than hair, please contact returns@relaycollective.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will then issue an RMA form which must be included with your return, along with your original invoice. Once your return has been received a refund will be issued. All such request must be made within 30 days of purchase – after 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Returns on LumiBloom hair will only be accepted on hair that has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Hair that has been tampered with in any way will not be accepted for return. Hair must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To return LumiBloom hair, please contact returns@relaycollective.com. We will then provide you with a RMA form that you must include with your return, along with your original invoice, and packaging. Once the hair has been received by LumiBloom, a determination will be made and if the hair is accepted for return and if so LumiBloom will issue you a credit or a refund minus the restocking fee. If LumiBloom determines that the hair has been opened, worn or tampered with in any way, the hair will not be accepted for return.

Please note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You will receive e-mail instructions with how to package, address and ship items for return.
