#CBD Tea, Scrub, Bath Bomb, and Tinctures in The Decompress Pack ~ Is The Best Holiday Gift, Like–Ever

Guess what? Wound up tight is what. LOL. Every single day I wake up with a list, and every single day I check things off. But what about adding something to the list to enhance your lifestyle? Here's my typical day:

Each day begins with a cardio workout - after the workout, a super hot shower everyone can relate right, the warm water with those beautiful suds? Ahhhhhhh.
I get dressed in my super coziest jammies and head down to the first level of my home, which holds my office space–but not without my delicious mint CBD tea. I’m calm and it’s delicious. The day flies by.
I work daily anywhere between 7-12 hours; often I stop midday to walk the puppies, perform ab exercises, and to run my mouth to my friends/family. Once that's done and check in with myself (meditation, pilates, yoga on alternative days)
I end my day with a hot bubble bath. Yes, I add in my lavender bath bomb. To be honest, the first time I used my Lumi Cherish, it worked farrrr too well and put me right to sleep… so these last few bubble baths–I've crunched off just a piece to make it last a few baths. After running it under the water, it turns a beautiful blue-purple, and I sit and soak–at least 20 minutes.
While soaking, I take my Blue Crystal Scrub and rub my high thighs and arms. I absolutely love the feeling of being held–so I want the softest skin ever for cuddles on the couch. TRUST this scrub does not disappoint.
After my facial, I add a full dropper of my mint sleep tincture under my tongue.
